Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

SHIPPING

We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders received after 8am PST Tuesday will be sent out on Friday. Orders received after 8am PST Friday will go out Tuesday. All packages ship out of Los Angeles, California. All orders are subject to availability.

Once an order has been placed it can't be changed. In the event of a return, any applied discount/coupon is forfeited and may not be re-used. Final sale items are not returnable. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable.  We reserve the right to verify original purchase for returns requested without an order number or shipping confirmation. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event of an issue please first contact the shipping provider. They will have GPS tracking showing where a package was delivered and can open up a claim for any issues. We do not have any additional information regarding shipments after the package has left the building. In the event of a claim, if your claim is approved, we will then be compensated by the shipping provider and can issue a refund or replacements of items.

International Shipping: We are not responsible for any additional duties, brokerage, or customs fees that may occur when shipping internationally. These fees are calculated by customs officials and cannot be estimated before shipping. International shipping times may be delayed by customs processing in the destination country. For more information on these fees, you may want to contact your local customs office.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase and are here to help. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at customer.finickyfoxclothing@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or unused items returned in an as-issued condition for a full refund to your original payment method. All return items must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date to be eligible for refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt at our warehouse.

The above procedure also applies to an exchange. Once we receive your items back, the replacements will be sent within 5 business days.
